Where Letters and Little Learners Meet

Help me give my students large, soft alphabet rug to create a comfortable, organized space for learning, reading, and class discussions.

My Project

I love how curious, creative, and full of potential my students are. Each day, they walk into our classroom ready to explore, ask questions, and connect with one another. They thrive in a welcoming environment that supports both their academic growth and social-emotional development.

The alphabet rug I’m requesting will become a central part of our classroom—where we gather for stories, lessons, songs, and conversations.

With its soft pastel colors and large, clearly marked letters, it will support early literacy by helping students recognize letters, build phonemic awareness, and strengthen their vocabulary.

Just as importantly, the rug offers clearly defined spaces for each child to sit. This will help create structure during group time, encourage respectful boundaries, and give every student a spot to call their own. Whether they’re learning to read or simply sharing their thoughts in morning circle, this rug will help my students feel safe, included, and excited to learn.
