My Students

My students are extremely special to me! They are not just my students, they are my family. We love to laugh and learn together. I see them growing into tremendous readers and mathematicians day by day. They put their whole heart into all they do! Their favorite thing to do is read independently. They have discovered that books can take them on an adventure! I can’t wait to see what the rest of the year has in store for us!

My Project

My students and I are in desperate need of supplies! We live in a high poverty area and all of the students in our county receive free breakfast and lunch. Most of the children’s parents or grandparents can not afford to buy pencils, or art supplies for them. I have bought these supplies with my own money, but we are very close to running out. I am a single mother who wants to give as much as I can to my classroom, but sometimes I just can’t make it happen! My students and I would be so grateful if we could receive these supplies, so that we can complete our daily tasks!
