This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
In our ecology class we spend a lot of time outdoors learning about our environment. There is a park that abuts our school property, and during our lab block, occasionally we take nature walks observing the world around us. We study animal behaviors by watching birds.
Please help students check off birds on their lifelong bird lists by helping us purchase good binoculars.
During our nature walks, we aren't that good at quietly approaching birds and they can often only been seen in the far distance, these binoculars will help students see birds without trying to disturb their natural behaviors.
