Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

Our classroom consists of students who are determined to learn and strive for success. They are interested in "typical" teenage interests such as anime and Pop-Its. And we can't forget... Spongebob!

Our students represent different cultures and socioeconomic backgrounds.

As a class, the students face challenges accessing the grade-level curriculum without sufficient supports and resources. These students require differentiated instruction and always put forth their best effort! Whether it's games like Kahoot or our Friday Community Circles, these students are present and deserve the opportunity to be successful.

My Project

When life gives you lemons, make lemonade!

Our students are doing the best they can during the pandemic.

Giving them different Gift Cards as a reward may help motivate them to continue with our Bronco motto, "Take care of yourself, Take care of one another, Take care of Bancroft." This would help motivate them, brighten their day, and let them "shop" like they have never been able to before!

How wonderful would it be if we could give them an incentive like never before and give them the chance to buy what they want because they earned it!
