My Project

Every day in my first grade, inner city, Title I classroom a student will ask me “when is snack?” Taking a break and listening to phonics videos is the best part of their morning. My students work hard and show amazing stamina for 6- and 7-year-olds. They are expected to work hard and focus through three and a half hours of instruction before lunch every day. However, they need a break to keep that hard work and focus going.

A daily snack helps to motivate my students to keep on track.

I am confident that my students will enjoy the choices and variety that this project provides.
