This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My cheer squad is finally going to start in competitions. We desperately need funding in order to have matching pom poms, matching hair bows, and mats. The mats are of utter importance so that our girls can practice stunting as well as tumbling safely. We need matching pom poms and bows so that they can have a chance to win at the competition. Every single girl needs to look exactly the same. My girls have been practicing Saturdays, every single school day, and definitely have a chance at winning, if we can just get some funding to help us practice safely! We are a Title 1 school with high needs.
