My students need comfortable and fun seating such as bean bag chairs and benches. The storage benches gives us a place to sit and storage!

My Students

My students and I are extremely lucky to be in a beautiful new building. It is gorgeous! My classroom is big- compared to previous years when I shared a room with another teacher and we couldn't fit 20 students in our room!

I service over 25 students with disabilities; learning disabilities, Autism, Down Syndrome, Traumatic Brain Injuries and more.

These students come to my room for help with all of their subjects as needed. We also use this time to work on big projects and end of nine weeks goals.

My kids work really hard in my classroom to stay on top of their school work. They have to work twice as hard as their peers as reading and math is not something that always comes easy to them.

My Project

I am requesting fun bean bag seating for my students to sit on while they read their books, work on homework, or on their computer assignments. This just allows for something different and fun.

My students struggle with finishing their homework and long assignments due to how hard they have to work to complete comprehension tasks.

Anything I can do to make this just a tad bit easier and less stressful for them- I need to do.

The benches not only provide nice seating for my large windows, but they also allow us to have extra storage. A classroom is always in need for more storage opportunities.
