My Students
My students are very high-energy and wiggly! Most are experiencing school for the first time and are eager to learn and find out what school is all about. My class is a mix of shy and extremely outgoing personalities. They interact with each other virtually with great respect and understanding. Soon we will be switching to a hybrid learning plan, and our classroom community will be learning differently.
Each year begins with students at various levels in academic development and social development.
It is my goal to make sure each student finds their love for learning and finds themselves!
My Project
I want to bring joy and excitement into the classroom again. Kindergarteners come to school ready to learn and have fun. This project is exactly that!
Using a spin wheel in my classroom will bring excitement to any part of our school day!
In addition to using the spin wheel for content purposes, I would use it as a prize wheel to entice my students to take part in their learning and create a sense of community in the classroom. Prizes I would like my students to get are pencils, colored Expo markers, stress balls, and bracelets. I want my students to use their prizes and enjoy them! Learning is more fun when you are actually having fun!
