My Project

In recent years, there has been a shift from making New Year's resolutions to focusing on a word. This word can describe something you want to focus on or something you are doing well, but want to continue to work on. I have done this for many years and want to incorporate this into my character education lessons utilizing the book "One Word for Kids" by Jon Gordon at the beginning of the school year.

This activity will help students focus on one word that will help them this year.

After reading the book, we will make friendship bracelets with their word displayed on it for them to wear proudly!
