My Project
Every midmorning my students get hungry. They have to wait until 12:30 to eat lunch. That's a long time for little 6 and 7 year olds. They love trying new kinds of foods and sharing meal times together. It helps us bond as a class community.
Right now with supply chain shortages and the end of the strike we haven't consistently had a fresh fruit and vegetable snack.
I need to be able to provide for my students despite what's happening around us. I work to create a reliable and stable environment for them. That starts with meeting their basic needs. Another basic need is lotion, I have a student who needs a certain kind, so I would love to provide that for him.
