My Students
My students aren't just special, they are exceptional. Each child has their own story. They have faced difficulties and challenges, but continue to persevere and move forward. They inspire everyone who encounters them. Although I'm the teacher, they have all taught me way more than they'll ever know!
My Project
A question that we often ask our students is "What do you want to be when you grow up?" This year I want to offer my students an opportunity to learn about different types of jobs right here in our small community. My hope is to provide my students with resources to help them learn more about being a nurse, a teacher, a custodian or maybe a dentist. Through these resources we will read more about each job, play games, and get an opportunity to dress up for these jobs. I want my students to have a better understanding of the jobs in their community so they can answer the question: "What do you want to be when you grow up?"
