My Project

Waikele Elementary first opened it's doors in 1998 which means that the school continues to celebrate it's silver anniversary of 25 years. In commemoration of this event, each student is being asked to design a tile that will be displayed in a mural. This will allow students enrolled in preschool to 6th grade to leave their legacy at this school for the next 25 years. The theme of this project is "What Waikele Means to Me". Students will use various items to design their hexagon tile that will be cemented to one of the building walls this summer.
