My Students

I have 26 energetic, spunky, amazing third graders. They come ready for anything, and that means a lot because they all come from so many different lifestyles and home lives. I am fortunate to work with students who love to learn and want to be at school.

Even though my students' cultures and economic situations are varied, our school is a welcoming place of learning, working together, and providing the best for our children.

We work on lifelong habits such as listening, putting first things first, and being kind to each other. I love being a teacher and enjoy how much I learn from each of my students.

My Project

My students earn money while working towards positive goals in school. At the end of each month, they get to go to our class store. There are two different treasure boxes to insure each student can be successful. There is a $5 treasure box as well as a $3 treasure box. This enables the students who have a harder time earning money a chance to be succeed and see positive rewards.

Yummy, yummy, in my tummy!!

Who doesn't love candy? Cow tails, Kit Kats, Hershey bars, Reeses, Milky Way, Twix, ring pops, push pops, and Snickers. These will be some of the very first items to go!!

Now who loves a little mess? We do, we do. Lets have some fun then with slime (marbled and glow in the dark), splat balls, sticky hand, and some squishy balls.

Wait, there is more! Bouncy balls (big and small), foam footballs, stress sports balls, Hatchimals, pencil sharpeners, mini rubiks cubes, emoji key chains, plush animals, erasers, and magic pencils. Holy Cow! This will give each and every student an option to spend their hard-earned money on. I know they will be working super hard to earn as much money as they possibly can.
