My Project

I am a new STEM teacher for students in grades K-8! I believe that STEM is a way to show the connections between all subject areas through hands on experiences.

Not only do I want to teach my students about science, technology, engineering, art, and math, but I want to add the R for reading!

Students learn fundamental skills through reading and language arts in the primary grades, so why not make those connections in my classroom, too?

Help me build a classroom library for my younger students in grades K-4! These books would help me introduce lessons and topics but also spark interests or questions with my students. I hope to read to them, and with them, often so they can see that in my classroom, we truly combine all of the subject areas into real life experiences!
