My Students
As a teacher in a high poverty school district, I work with students that are faced with challenges in and outside the classroom. Despite the challenges my students face, they persevere. My students are high energy, communicative, and enthusiastic learners. They have a lot of energy and are always looking for a fun way to learn. They love to get involved with the lesson in whatever way possible.
My students love to show off their work and teach their peers.
They are excited to teach each other, both in groups and in front of the class. My students are visual learners. They love to use different resources in the room to show learning strategies to their friends. The students are a great group of mathematicians, scientists, writers, and artists.
My Project
This year may be bizarre, but some good things are coming from it. This year my students are one to one with iPads. It is very exciting to have iPads in our classroom, but we don't have a lot of digital work to do on them. Unfortunately because of this bizarre year, I do not have a great deal of time to make digital work for my students.
These Teachers Pay Teachers gift cards will allow me to buy digital work for my students to use on their iPads.
The gift cards will allow me to buy digital work in all subjects and help my students learn from their new iPads.
