Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The performing arts program at our middle school is very involved within the school and our community. Having performed at school award ceremonies, parent functions, and outdoor events, these events lead to some challenging acoustic situations. There are often issues with timing and balancing sound.

Set our band, choir, and dance programs up for more successful and cohesive performances by providing them microphones and accessories for our current portable sound system.

With this equipment, our students will be able to better support our school and community with quality performances. More consistent, quality performances will also support our students' sense of accomplishment, pride, and self-worth.
