Students today are so lucky! School is so much fun!! These magnetic letters will make if more exciting to build words for spelling and word work activities! My students will be able to quiz each other in a new and entertaining way.
Our school is in the inner city.
We have many low income and English Language learners. Due to budget constraints, our classroom finances are incredibly tight. Having letters that the students can "play" with and manipulate will be fun and it will also make learning much easier for my academically challenged students.
My Project
We have a fabulous new Phonics program in our school. It is a great system to teach spelling and word work. One of the most fun components is using magnetic letters to build words. The words are colorful and inviting. The students will have more fun using these letters than to be writing all of the words on paper. They will be able to play fun scramble games with the letters to practice spelling words.
I love these kits!!
I love that they are organized and colorful! The students will love "playing" with the letters, while I know they are learning words to be used for a lifetime!
More than half of students from low‑income households
Data about students' economic need comes from the National Center for Education Statistics, via our partners at MDR Education. Learn more
