My classroom is filled with an array of diversity. We are the epitome of a 'melting pot' school. Our class is made up of a variety of different types of learners who love to read.
The eagerness to learn is truly something spectacular to be a part of.
Each special child brings something unique from their culture to our Queens community and I am lucky to be a part of it. It is like winning the lottery to help educate these young minds.
My Project
An Echo Dot would make a wonderful addition to the second grade classroom environment. Twenty-seven second graders have wondering minds all day long that they are searching for answers in a minutes notice. They are also questioning spelling all the time. An Echo Dot will be a great way to answer their questions and help them spell while the teacher is busy meeting with her small groups. An Echo Dot will also help those children who may be embarrassed to ask a question to the teacher. It’s a great technology advancement that will be welcomed into the classroom with so much excitement from these young minds!
