Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I love my students. My students are really hard workers. I can use the Osmo cases to protect the iPads while the students use them for extra practice. Also the iPad will allow students to take charge of their learning and make the choices that work best for them. During independent work times or centers they will be working on spelling, counting, addition, or subtraction in a fun and interactive way. I have noticed amazing differences in my students when they are given interactive games at their reading level. This will also motivate other students to come to school and to work. My students are noticeably more engaged in their work when the activity is engaging or uses technology.
The products that I have selected will help my students by giving them additional options to make more effective learning choices.
The students will be using the iPad in the classroom. I think that this project will motivate them to learn the basics that some of them are missing.
