Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I am looking for donations to get a class set of microscopes. I want to do cell labs with my middle school students and currently can't since I don't have the equipment needed.
I want my students to have authentic experiences as scientists in my classroom.
I believe that hands-on learning helps kids the most with cementing the knowledge in their brains.
These donations will go on to further the education of students for many years to come, as buying microscopes is an investment for their learning. Any and all contributions are greatly appreciated!
