My students love to get lost in a good story. They love realistic stories, sci-fi stories, true crime stories, historical stories, stories about themselves, and stories from around the world. Our classroom is overflowing with many great books. In fact, we've run out of room on our shelves. We are officially overbooked. We need a classroom library reboot.
New bookcases with five shelves will bring order to our bookish chaos and allow my students to find their favorite genre much faster.
This project includes book bins for the more popular titles that are in high circulation and colorful shelf dividers to designate genres. I've also asked for bookmarks and book ends to help keep our library organized from the shelf right down to the reader!
