This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

Our young children should have learning supplies at school. Our schools need to provide the right learning tools and make learning meaningful. My students are just starting their first school year, and they need materials that will enhance their learning.

I am so happy to have such hardworking students that enjoy every moment of class.

They are happy to come to school. We need supplies and materials to work and play in Kindergarten. This is a dynamic and fun-loving group. They love books, they love to create, and they love showing off their beautiful work. My students are second language learners that need lots of differential instruction.

My Project

My student are learning their numbers, letters and sounds. Our center time is work time, and we need materials that will reinforce the concepts and skills they are learning. By using blocks they learn about shapes. Ribbons and dance will set free their imagination! I know that LeapFrog has educational award winning games that teach and inspire kids. My students will use the LeapFrog games to gain phonemic awareness, and number sense practice. The sentence strips will help them start writing sentences and colorful boarders will help enhance our bulletin boards to show of their best work. Also, I want to recognize and reward them for their hard work.

We need materials to motivate and get my students excited about literacy.

I know that I have to reach them to teach them! Supplies are a must in a classroom with young learners. We look forward to a great school, but we need your support. Your help will establish a strong foundation, and they will be college ready. My students want the opportunity to learn to read.
