We’re Looking for the Bare Necessities

Help me give my students Velcro dots, magnetic tape, organizational tools, a visual timer, dry erasers, and more bare necessities, so we can forget about our worries and our strife!

My Project

My students and I are excited about learning this year! They are a diverse group of learners who build each other up every day. I believe they are all SMART, SPECIAL, and SOMEBODY. I want them to feel that in our room and believe it too! My students are simply the best and our school is one amazing place to learn and grow! My students are eager to learn as they enter school each day. They are tiny sponges ready to soak up mounds of information given to them. My students love STEM time, responding to literature, working collaboratively, and exploring new learning goals! I am hoping to keep them engaged this school year by providing authentic, creative, and meaningful learning experiences.

All of my students have the desire to learn, and my goal is to help them achieve excellence in learning by providing an environment that is positive and addresses my learners' needs.

I also strive to ensure that all students are provided with a rigorous and personalized education that will prepare them to be lifelong learners and contributing members of a global society.

These supplies will impact my classroom in a positive way. We always need more erasers, adhesives (Velcro and magnetic), and scissors. As a first grader, they use these supplies daily when they respond to literature, solve math problems, and produce narratives.

I am excited about this project because it will make a real difference in my classroom. These supplies will be available for all students to use and will help them focus on their work. We appreciate your help with making these supplies readily available to us!
