My Students

My class is excited about STEM education! They are emerging into the world of STEM and can't wait to have more opportunities for hands-on experiences. I want to encourage enthusiasm and curiosity about math, science, critical thinking, engineering, design thinking and more.

My students need durable kid-friendly resources to support this goal.

I want to provide opportunities for learning to support growth as thinkers and foster confidence as students. In order to create, students need easy access to tools and resources that inspire teamwork, creativity, and engineering/design skills.

My Project

Edison robots are a complete STEAM teaching resource designed to bring coding to life. The Edison’s expandable robotics system works with the EdCreate construction kit and any other LEGO brick compatible building system. The robots can be used as the programmable base for an incredible assortment of engineering and STEM projects.

My class will use Edison robots through a wide variety of student activities and design challenges which will open up opportunities for students to explore a range of skills across math, science, critical thinking, engineering, design thinking and more.

Students will gather and use evidence to create knowledge or solve problems in a fun and engaging way.
