My Project

Students will lead a school-wide initiative called "Wellness Warriors" focused on promoting mental and physical wellness. They will organize mindfulness sessions, create and distribute wellness kits, and set up stress-relief stations during lunch with music, journaling, and breathing exercises. A kindness wall with uplifting messages will also be available for the school community to participate in.

This activity is designed to serve the entire school community, including students, teachers, and staff.

By offering inclusive and student-led opportunities for stress relief and emotional support, the project will foster a more caring and connected environment. It will also help students develop leadership, empathy, and organizational skills as they take action to improve the well-being of others.

The requested materials will support the creation of calming and functional spaces. Saucer chairs will provide a comfortable area for mindfulness and reflection. A storage shelf will help organize wellness kit supplies and event materials. Printer ink will allow students to produce flyers, handouts, and positive messages to spread awareness and encouragement throughout the school.
