Kindergarten is such an exciting time for my little kiddos to blossom into lifelong learners. I have so much passion for teaching and nothing brings me more joy than being with my kindergarten students! It takes a big heart to shape little minds!
As a kindergarten teacher, it is my sincere passion to instill a love for learning in my students!

We love growing together as a class all year, and we enjoy seeing each other learn new things, becoming closer as a class, and always cheering each other on.
Our students are diverse and come from many backgrounds and ethnicities. Many students are new to the country and are learning English. We have two programs at our school. The ESL program and the STEP program serve children with autism.
My Project
After a much-needed winter break, my students and I are back to school and ready for a safe and healthy second semester! With the latest COVID-19 surge and ongoing stress students are facing, their social-emotional and physical health remain top priorities. It is important that my kindergarteners are engaged in learning throughout the school day. This project consists of a variety of games that will involve the students being physically active while learning important math and reading concepts.

Pop Its, and puzzles will provide stress relief and will keep the students motivated and engaged. The games will provide the perfect opportunity to practice social skills, engage in conversations, and address social-emotional needs.
