Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Our classroom is full of creativity, curiosity, and a whole lot of crafts! Between hands-on health lessons and our after-school crafting/decorating club, my students are always building, painting, cutting, and creating. Honestly, I am just trying to keep them off their phones- it’s not easy!
But all that fun can get messy—so we need some help restocking and tidying up!
I’m asking for a vacuum/mop combo to help us clean up after projects, along with essentials like paint, glue, scissors, card stock, dry erase markers, and skin-tone markers so every student can see themselves in their work. We also need two giant tubs of Clorox wipes to keep our space clean and safe.
And there’s even more to celebrate—our seniors will be decorating graduation caps with me soon! Some of the supplies will help make that moment extra special. And there is a backdrop and balloon sign included to make the moment even more special!
