My Project

As a mathematics and computer science teacher, I find that many of my student spend hours and hours a day on their phones and computers. I want to incorporate breaks into our classes that allow students to be physically active.

As my high school students near college and adulthood, I want to help them build healthy lifestyle habits.

The exercise bands and yoga mats would allow students to take a break and incorporate physical movement into their school day. A quick physical break is not only good for our health, but it also allows students to come back and refocus on learning.
