Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

As we a come to an end of this year, I've taken plenty of time to consider what I'd like my class to look like in this coming year. I would like for my students to feel comfortable and enjoy their time in my class. An inviting environment would provide a safe space that goes beyond the traditional sense of a basic classroom. I want my students to think of this place as an extension of school, a place to learn, build community, and feel well. The specific items in my project will help students feel more comfortable and provide me mobility as I'm able to move more freely. Thank you so much for taking the time and reading my goal for next year!
