My Project

My students are so eager to learn new things. They are like little sponges that want to soak up every new thing that is introduced to them. I am excited to get a new group of first graders and watch them learn and grow.

The first day of school can be exciting and scary at the same time.

I would like to make sure that the first day they come in they feel comfortable and want to be there. Having these resources will make the classroom an inviting place and they will be happy to come to a place they feel welcome and safe.

The bags will be a back to school night gift that will include a jungle bracelet made from the beads. They wear them on the first day and it creates unity. The party favors will be included in the gift as well as prizes for the prize box. The hats will be a first day of school hat and we will decorate them and include a first day of school badge to put on the front of them. The stickers will be used throughout the year as incentives for our math program.
