This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I teach Dual Enrollment Drone courses that give my students both College credit and the opportunity to train for their FAA Part-107 License. Due to current and future legislation, public schools can only use specific drone manufactures in their classes. I am asking for the Autel Drone, which is approved, to help my students get to the next level and allow them to graduate high school with a Professional Drone Pilot's License. This would be great for their future endeavors, as well as, their own sense of achievement. This will allow them to be pillars in their own communities and have more future prospects.
