Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I am requesting materials to prepare for the new year. The Tpt card will help me provide Spanish and hands-on Math activities for my students. Students will each get homework folders that are durable to take their work back and forth and folders to keep their papers organized in their desks. They will get golf size pencils because they are easier for first graders to use at that age. Students will also get clickable pens to use for representing counting collections and dictation. Shoe covers to keep our rug clean, and pencil pouches to keep their materials organized.
The classroom basics will allow students to start the year off right!
The microfiber cloths will support students as they work in pairs to solve math problems as we become a thinking classroom. The number stickers will help organize the students' readers, iPads, pouches so they become more independent.
