Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

With the start of each school year, students should be greeted with a nicely decorated classroom that will also make them feel at home. Our classroom will also be a space to have fun while learning. The resources in this project are math, science, and art focused so my three-year-old students can focus on this amazing journey of learning.

Feeling safe and welcomed will essentially allow students to learn more powerfully with the addition of making learning fun!

The science and math resources such as the Melissa and Doug manipulatives, and tie-dye will allow my students to investigate how we mix colors to make new colors. The animal sets will be used in different centers to allow my students to explore and learn independently. STEAM is so important to me to allow my students to investigate. The cardstock will be used for all sorts of art projects!
