it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
As the new school year approaches students and families should not be concerned over buying basic school supplies. This year we are expecting many families seeking asylum and living in shelters. When they already have so much to worry about a notebook and pencil should not be a cause of concern. We want students to be able to focus on their work and have the materials to do so.
An investment in knowledge pays the best interest – Benjamin Franklin.
With these basic school supplies like glue and folders, we can prepare back to school kits and give them to our community and help them focus on what's important.
