My Project
My future teachers have been studying how to best help students regulate their emotions. This is both great for their Social emotional wellness, and teaching them how to help their students with their mental health.
High school students need help with emotional support techniques, even if they work with students on how to do the same: These students feel every emotion that teenagers try to navigate, and learning how to regulate their mental health will help them to better succeed in their classes, and lives.
These are things that they can take with them and can share with others.
