This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Soccer is about to make the playoffs. However, several of our male soccer athletes have come down with leg injuries. We need to be able to bridge the gap between injury rehabilitation and full return to play.

Kettlebells are a great tool to use when needing to build strength because of their compact size and versatility.

Some of our female soccer athletes are suffering from lower-body injuries and need some heavier weight to make muscle gains that allow them to play their sport.

One of our volleyball athletes is late in her rehab exercises and really needs to add muscle strength so she can safely return to her sport.

We are helping our team sports athletes improve their fitness level to stay on the court or get back out there after injury.
