Wedgie, Gizmo, and Reading Fun!

Help me give my students this book! This is the second in a series that we have read in reading groups. My students have really taken a liking to Wedgie and Gizmo.

My Students

I have 20 amazing students this year! They are responsible and respectful. They are always eager to learn. My students are bundles of energy who love to read! They come to school with a positive attitude each morning. They are hopeful to have an enriching day.

My students show great perseverance when presented with a challenge.

My students are team players, they help one another when needed. My students are confident problem solvers. They deserve the best education I can provide.

My Project

I discovered the first book of this series last year. My students have fallen in love with the illustrations and humor. While this book might look deceiving, it contains vocabulary, storylines, and humor that encourage students to think critically and little deeper.

I want to provide my students this next book in the series to encourage them to keep reading and to pursue topics they enjoy!

When I see my students enjoying a book, there is nothing better!

We are excited to find out what happens in this next book of the series. It appears that while Wedgie and Gizmo were enemies in Book #1, they are working together as a team in Book #2! My students want to see how the unlikely pair unite as one.
