This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
The weaving club will give student the opportunity to do something fun and productive using their hands. Students will see immediate results as they work on their weaving projects. Weaving will help students recognize and develop life skills such as patience, perseverance, and determination. Students will have fun working together designing their projects, using their creativity, and communicating their ideas. Student will also learn how to use their hands to make something useful and beautiful. Students will see that they can keep themselves busy without the use of electronic devices.
