This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

This year I embark on a new role as case manager for students with disabilities at my school. I am so lucky to have this role and will work tirelessly to help families through the IEP process and students meet their Individualized goals.

This table and chairs will facilitate collaboration between teachers, students and families.

We will hold meetings and have many conversations around student growth and achievement. It will provide students and families a space to advocate for their needs.

Lets help all diverse learners meet the potential we know they have by bringing their team together around a student centered table.
