My students need paper for extra assignments they are wanting. My students have also used up my supply of pencils and constantly need more.

My Students

My students are striving for excellence. It is refreshing to see students that constantly want to do better. I have never been asked for make up work or extra work as much as this year. My students this year are a joy and pleasure to teach.

My students are an absolutely amazing group of children.

Everyday has already proved to be a great reminder as to why I became a teacher. I have seen so many "ah ha" moments and light bulbs glowing over heads that I am constantly amazed by them. A great deal of these students do not come from much and have not had the opportunity to be provided with supplies. I would love to give them the chance to feel provided for, without the stress of feeling like others are judging them for not being able to afford supplies. Our school is Positive Behavior Intervention and Support School (PBIS) and they focus on praising students for their good deeds and behavior rather than pointing out the negative. This has proved to work wonders with my students and I hope that I can enforce the PBIS recognition in my classroom.

My Project

My students will use these resources on a daily basis. Like I stated earlier my students are constantly striving for success. These resources will ensure that they are able to reach the success they desire so much. From creating projects to making up work. My students will love the opportunity they are receiving. My students will use pencils on a daily basis. I give out close to 15-20 pencils a day which does not take long to add up.

Donations to this project will ensure that the students are receiving what they need.

Many of my students do not have the money to get on Internet or to buy paper. The more I can provide for them the more successful they will be.
