My Students
Our students come from all over the city to attend this one of a kind public school that provides all of the supports and services necessary for over 200 students with autism spectrum disorders to reach their goals in substantially separate, as well as, inclusive classrooms in grades PreK - grade eight.
Over the past 7 years, our students have been featured in the local and national media for their artistic creations.
Most notably, a 22-foot long mosaic they created was featured on the hit reality show Donnie Loves Jenny.
Our students are full of energy and creativity that is just waiting to blossom, and your donation will help provide these students with the supplies they need to reach their true creative potential.
My Project
These sensory tiles will provide the needed support for over 190 students with Autism Spectrum Disorder to fully participate in music and movement activities. Sensory tiles will help to keep the students on task and they will be able to focus on personal space and learning choreographed dance moves.
With these sensory tiles, our students with special needs will have the supports they need to fully participate in expressing themselves through dance!
Please help us reach our goal so we can support our students as they enhance their gross motor skills through dance, and learn how to express themselves through music and movement.
More than three‑quarters of students from low‑income households
