My Students

I have twenty, eager, little learners. They are hard-working, smart, and kind children. My students come from all different types of backgrounds and from non-English speaking to fluent readers.

They are faced with academic and social challenges each day in our classroom, school, and community.

My students enjoy working with their peers to complete fun activities based on their individual learning needs. They like to move around, talk with their peers, read and receive positive feedback from their teacher. Cooperative learning is a big part of our daily classroom activities because of the wide range of learning styles and abilities to read. They work together to learn from each other and strengthen their social skills at the same time.

My students are going to be world changers. I see happiness each day as they walk into the classroom. They are already doing great things this year. They inspire me each day to learn and grow with them.

My Project

My students need basic headphones for the school year. We work daily on our iPad to complete independent work and reading programs. Headphones will help my students to concentrate and stay focused on their own learning. When no one is using headphones the classroom is very loud with all the iPads talking at the same time. It makes it difficult for student to hear their own iPad.

These headphones are durable and a perfect fit for my primary students.

They will last them all year. Often my students can't afford a nice pair of headphones and the dollar store ear buds break easily and don't fit them. Having headphones for all students will help my students in their independent work.
