My Students

Our students live in a rural area and face many challenges in and out of the classroom. They work hard and love learning. Our students love to read and learn through books!

Students come to the library to read, explore, and imagine.

I want to show the students the world. It is my job to advocate for these students and I want to make sure they have all the resources they need to be successful. The library is a place for all students to gather, explore, and learn, but sometimes they need specific topics at times when I do not have funding to purchase.

My Project

My students are constantly asking me for more books in their favorite series or books they have seen in the store. I love that they are asking for books to read and will do anything in my power to get them the books that they want!

The students are enthusiastic about reading and it fills my librarian heart with joy!

I have chosen books that have been specifically requested by students; books that our library does not have, but I know the students will love them; and some great visual graphic books that I can't wait to share with the students!
