Sometimes its hard being a vocational teacher because you sometimes worry about the future of your students. But not with Rico. Rico is one of my promising students with a future ahead of him. He is a bright, young student who loves to learn. He is very determined and very independent. You say you need it done and he does it. Rico,I don't know if he realizes it or not, is a leader. The class follows him whether its good or bad. But I hope I can help keep him on the right path to success.
This project is mainly trying to help out the equipment in our Collision Repair shop. The requested items are very much needed because the safety equipment in our shop is slowly but surely decreasing. Our shop needs much more then the items we asked for but, we believe that with the items we can beginning a safe, out of danger Collision Repair shop.
Our goal is to gain better equipment to use in our shop. We need the new items because the equipment we have now is old and worn out. There are many things we need to better improve our shop but with the requested items we can start on the road to have a new modernized shop.
By letting us students lead this project, it has shown us how to take lead on projects and helped build our leadership skills. Leadership is an important aspect in life in order to get far in life.
You need leadership because most of life's challenges requires you to be a leader.
This project is important to our school because we need supplies in our collision repair shop. Our supplies are limited and are all used up. Dust masks will help us breathe more sufficient air and so we wont choke on dust. The ear muffs keeps loud sounds from hurting our ears. The gloves helps us prevent our hands from being infected and contaminated.
