My Project

Let's face it: Teaching & learning today compared to pre-Covid times is VERY different. Kids are simply different learners nowadays and instead of battling against it, we need to learn to go with the new wave of learners in front of us. Kids are more fidgety, they have a hard time staying focused for extended periods of time, and most of all, they need the freedom to move in the classroom in beneficial ways to their learning.

In my cart I have added a variety of flexible seating options for my kids to choose a space in the room other than their desk to sit at during independent work time.

My kids currently lay on the floor without anything, and although they're thankful for the opportunity, I just KNOW that bright cushions, fun scoops seats, and wobbly stools with get them EXCITED to be in the classroom learning.

I've added some little rewards to start encouraging those positive behaviors as they start rolling in! Help me help my students make learning fun again!
