We Need Uniform Shorts!

My Students

I have the pleasure of working in a Chicago public school. My school is filled with young ladies who have yet been exposed to the love of volleyball. I am new to this school and plan on starting up teams this season. I've coached at my previous schools for the last 4 years and hope to continue.

Students need extracurricular activities

Being on a team positively impacts students. They’re motivated to work harder in their studies, maintain good behavior, set goals & achieve them, etc. In order to support my students, I will need the right equipment to make it happen. Thank you in advance for supporting me as I bring a new love for volleyball to my school.

My Project

Our school does not have the funds to pay for uniforms. And my students do not have the money to purchase uniforms. With that being said, I want to provide my students with volleyball uniforms. First, we are working on getting shorts. Many girls come to practice in jeans, leggings, and softball pants. I want to give them a sense of uniformity. By providing my volleyball girls with shorts, you are helping them move one step closer to receiving complete volleyball uniforms. Students can feel comfortable knowing that they all have the same shorts provided for them upon joining the team.
