This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Students have been working on sculptures and are running out of masking tape. Students are in need of the duct tape and masking tape to continue working on their ongoing food sculpture project. Originally, I had purchased 30 rolls, and we are now down to 7 rolls.
The students have been focused and innovative with their food sculptures.
This donation will help students complete their food sculpture so they can begin plastering. After plastering, students will begin to paint their sculptures using acrylic paint that we recently received from a donation. These donations make a huge impact in this classroom, and create opportunities for students to feel good about their creations, which promotes positive mental health, TIA!
