A chain reaction of support starts with one share.
My students range in ages and grades. They are bright, creative and inquisitive. Effective writing is imperative to convey one's thoughts, opinions and ideas. Writing is essential for success throughout a student's academic journey beginning in grammar school through high school, college and beyond. The precursor to written communication is verbal expression.
As a speech-language pathologist many of my students need support understanding how the parts of speech work together to form detailed, descriptive sentences.
The book series that I'm seeking your support in obtaining is a fun and creative way to teach the different parts of speech from nouns and verbs to adjectives and adverbs. I'm also asking for help in obtaining a picture communication book to use with my non-verbal students and Black History flash cards. We will use these resources to work on communication, receptive language, verbal and written sentence expression skills.
