My Students

My students are bright and want to achieve greatness.
They are creative and eager to learn. My scholars are excited to be in school and I am excited to be with them. I believe in them and I believe with the right resources they can achieve greatness.
Our school is a Title I school. Living in a low socio economic school community, our student population is predominantly in temporary housing or in shelters. We provide 100% free breakfast and lunch to our students. 10% of our students are experiencing homelessness.
My students are eager to learn and are excited when they can experience new ways of learning.
My Project
With social distancing and safe practice measures in place, I am unable to provide my students with the type of hands-on activities that they would be working on in a normal school year. Students are not allowed to work in groups and cannot share materials in class. Therefore, we are reliant on using technology and digital resources to deliver the curriculum to our students.
This chromebook will help my students to complete assignments without sharing and working safely promoting social distancing and we won't have to use paper and pencils.
