Help me give my students new sets of sticks so they can play their instruments properly, please.

My Students
In my short time at MHS, the students have amazed me with their eager attitudes, hunger for music, and willingness to try anything. I was aware of the great legacy the school already has but know that music and the arts haven't been funded the way they used to be. The school is a Title I funded school, which means that over two-thirds of the students come from a low income household. Even so, the students have already made leaps and bounds in their playing, and their most recent concert was considered their best in years!
My students do the most amazing things with the least amazing instruments.
The instruments are old, some are broken, some even barely work. Yet, my kids perform level 3-5 music and attend festivals and parades. Even beyond that, they aid the local elementary schools with private tutoring and middle school prep. This band program truly is a family and these students make it what it is. They are truly amazing and deserve the help that you would be able to provide.
My Project
The program at Midwood High School is very large, servicing 800 students throughout the week. The percussion ensemble, wind ensemble, concert bands, and marching bands utilize a large amount of sticks every day. Due to this large amount of use, the sticks get incredibly chewed up and eventually break.
The sticks requested will help replace the broken, poor inventory we have now and reinvigorate the percussionists at large!
These are good quality sticks and something the program definitely needs. Instead of picking up sticks that are already worn down, students will be more liable to take care of good quality sticks and treat them properly.
More than half of students from low‑income households
